Keystone Symposia (multiple per year, e.g., Metabolic Approaches to Chronic Liver Disease 2027; Cardiometabolism and Interorgan Crosstalk 2027; Cellular and Metabolic Dynamics of Host-Pathogen Interactions 2027) International / Asia-Pacific / South America / Africa

Amount

Up to $1,500 USD (covers airfare, ground transport, lodging, part of registration)

Eligibility

Graduate students or postdoctoral fellows currently enrolled at an academic institute at start of meeting; must present a poster; only one award per lab per meeting year (July 1 – June 30).

Deadline

Per meeting; typically 4-5 months before the meeting (e.g., for Cardiometabolism 2027, scholarship deadline was October 22, 2026)

Application Requirements

Abstract submission + $50 refundable abstract fee + mentor letter via the Financial Aid portal; online application.

Research match: Small focused meetings across molecular and cell biology, metabolism, epigenetics and cancer — several editions per season align with the metabolomics, biomarker and precision-medicine programmes.
