Through our partnership with the Canadian Bioinformatics Hub, we will provide dedicated resources and support mechanisms for Indigenous trainees in bioinformatics. Our goal is to increase representation and success of Indigenous researchers in this field, combining traditional knowledge with modern scientific approaches.

Expected Financial Support

We will provide dedicated funding to support Indigenous scholars:

  • ✓ Community event support with a budget of $5,000 per province per year
