Join a Virtual Roundtable & Share Your Voice

Co-organized by ITCBT and Canadian Bioinformatics Hub (CBH)

The Indigenous Trainee Circle for Bioinformatics Training (ITCBT) and the Canadian Bioinformatics Hub (CBH) are seeking to engage and support Indigenous students interested in developing data science skills for life or health sciences research. We are hosting a foundational conversation to help shape the future of our training and support programs.

The Goal: Participate in a small, virtual focus group to help design programs that make a positive, meaningful difference in the training experience of Indigenous students.

Who Should Apply?

  • Indigenous Students (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)
  • Currently in 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate or the first 2 years of Graduate school
  • Interested in data science skills within life or health sciences research
